Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until fluffy (about 3 minutes).
- Stir in vanilla extract until combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto lined baking sheets, spacing them apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown around the edges but soft in the center.
- Let cool on racks before enjoying.
