Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay tortillas flat on the baking sheet.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Spread refried beans on each tortilla, layer with ground beef, then sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with chopped onions, bell peppers, salsa, and sour cream before serving.
