Instructions
- 1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Slice the beef flank steak against the grain into thin strips.
- 2. Mix the Teriyaki Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- 3. Marinate the Beef: Place sliced beef into a bowl or zip-top bag and pour half of the teriyaki sauce over it. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- 4. Cook the Beef: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef strips and sear until browned (about 3-4 minutes).
- 5. Add Remaining Sauce: Pour in the rest of the teriyaki sauce and stir until thickened (about 2 minutes).
- 6. Serve It Up: Transfer to plates or serve over steamed rice or noodles.
